FR: Le punk et le métal sont les influences majeures d’Opäk. Remarqué pour son énergie sur scène et son agilité de jeu, il devient résident du collectif parisien Newtrack et co-fonde rapidement le label Askorn Records. Artiste à l’univers résolument rock, il balaie un spectre musical large. De l’EBM au hardcore, de l’acid au break industriel, Opäk joue sur les métissages musicaux alliant rock, rap, métal à de puissants kicks, des mélodies envoûtantes teintées de textures industrielles. Après avoir partagé les platines avec des artistes aussi marquants que Blawan, Rebekah, The Horrorist, Anteha ou Randomer, il a reçu le soutien de producteurs emblématiques tels que Paula Temple, Parrish Smith ou Kenny Campbell sur ses productions. En 2020, en pleine pandémie, il a fondé le projet “Opäk & the Seelen Zieher“, véritable petite bombe artistique proposant une œuvre en 3 dimensions alliant danse, Vjing et musique. Un concentré d’énergie débordante, qui illustre toute la rage d’une génération privée d’exutoire mais qui n’attend qu’une chose, briser les frontières.

Noticed for his energy on stage and his agility of play, he becomes resident of the Parisian collective Newtrack and quickly co-founds the label Askorn Records. Artist with a resolutely rock universe, he sweeps a wide musical spectrum. From EBM to hardcore, from acid to industrial break, Opäk plays on musical mixes combining rock, rap, metal to powerful kicks, bewitching melodies tinged with industrial textures. After sharing the turntables with artists as prominent as Blawan, Rebekah, The Horrorist, Anteha or Randomer, he received the support of iconic producers such as Paula Temple, Parrish Smith or Kenny Campbell on his productions. In 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, he founded the project “Opäk & the Seelen Zieher“, a small artistic bomb offering a 3-dimensional work combining dance, Vjing and music. A concentrate of overflowing energy, which illustrates all the rage of a generation deprived of outlet but which waits for only one thing, to break the borders.
